Dualway receive ‘Outstanding Best Practice’ award at the CIPD award ceremony

The Dualway Group were the proud recipients of an ‘Outstanding Best Practice’ award at the recent CIPD awards ceremony. This latest accolade marks the 14th award the company has received in the last 9 years.  The Dualway Group continues to go from strength to strength recruiting over 25 new staff members at a highly successful recruitment fair held in February. The company’s success has also been recognised through a series of awards in recent months including the Coach Operator of the year 2011 and the City Sightseeing Worldwide Tour Operator 2011. April 2012 marks the anniversary of the horrific fire which took place at the Dualway depot. The Dualway Group credits its staff to the success of the company after the fire.

City Sightseeing Dublin is proud to announce that we have been awarded the City Sightseeing Operator of the year award 2011.  City Sightseeing Worldwide operates in over 90 destinations around the world.  We have been selected based on our exceeding standards of quality, impeccable safety records, the outstanding presentation of our vehicles and staff, our excellent customer care and support, our strong sense of social responsibility and our award winning record within the tourism and transport industry.

We are going to add it to our collect of 7 other recent awards which include Service Excellence, Business Excellence and Tourism Enterprise of the year.

Dualway is proud to have raised over €28,000 for charity to date!

Dualway's City Sightseeing Dublin buses operated on July 29th in aid of Focus Ireland, the Housing & Homeless Charity. Proceeds for the day, which is operated annually by the staff and management of the Dualway Group, went to Focus Ireland who are celebrating their 25th birthday this year.  This Board a Bus charity day, operated by Dualway for the past five years, has raised over €28,000.
