Will you use my contact details if I make an online booking?
You are required to provide your contact emails address so we can supply your travel voucher, which acts as proof of payment for your tour. Your information will not be supplied to any 3rd party operations. We may use your contact email address to provide you with future promotional information, however you can unsubscribe easily by clicking on a link in the email.
If I book a combination ticket do I need to travel on both tours in the same day?
No. For example if you book a Dublin City Tour & Wicklow tour you can travel on the Dublin tour on day X and the Wicklow tour on day Y.
Where do I collect my tour?
The departure locations & times are listed on each individual tour page. This information will also be listed on your travel voucher. Click for a Map Locator Map.
What time do I need to check in for my tours?
You need to check in 20 minutes prior to the tour departure time.
How will the bus driver know that I have paid online?
When you make a booking online you will receive an email confirmation. You need to print this travel voucher out as it acts as proof of payment. The driver will exchange this travel voucher for your official ticket on the morning of the tour.
Can we pre-book our seating?
We cannot allocate seating, however if you check in at the recommended time you should get preferential seating.

What credit card charges apply?
A 2.5% credit card charge is applied for each transaction online.
If I book a package tour online can I forgo sections of the package?
No. Our package tours are bases on the inclusion of all elements of the tour. Should you choose to forgo a section of the package you will still be charged the total fare.
Can I avail of a Special Offer price after it’s taken offline?
The special offers are posted on the LoveIreland.com site for a limited time only. If you have not booked your tour during this promotional period you may not be able to avail of this price at a later date.
If I cancel my tour am I entitled to a refund?
A refund will only be issued in exceptional circumstance and on receipt of evidence. For example a medical illness with a copy of your medical cert will entitle you to a refund. In all other instances will we endeavour to put you on the next available tour.
If a tour is cancelled am I entitled to a refund?
Yes, you will be entitled to a full refund.
If I miss my tour am I entitled to a refund?
If you miss your tour we will endeavour to put you on the next available tour. A refund will only be issued in exceptional circumstances.
Do we have enough time to do the Airport + City Tour during a stopover?
You would need a minimum of 4 hours to complete this circuit. You will need longer if you intend to include visitor attractions on the City Tour. We cannot be held responsible in the event that you are delayed.

How long is one complete circle of the Dublin Tour?
90 minutes approximately. Times may vary during heavy traffic periods.

Do you operate hotel pick up?
Some hotel collections are available during the summer months. Please ask your concierge.
What age qualifies for a child ticket?
An infant up to 5 years old may travel free of charge. A child between the ages of 5 and 14 may travel under a child ticket.
Can children travel alone?
A child must be accompanied by an adult.
What age qualifies for a senior citizen?
65+ years of age with an ID card.
